Michelle Ho is a registered nurse in the field of public and mental health, mother of twin ten year olds, and has been practicing yoga since the age of 13, though she just called it exercises back then!
Her official yoga journey began when she took her first class in 2010, seeking peace from a stressful life and later made one the best decisions of her life. She completed her RYT200 teacher training in 2015 and opened her teaching practice at that time. She enjoys teaching Hatha style as well as power yoga, vinyasa, as well as Yin or restorative styles. She is a certified prenatal yoga teacher, and also works with children in schools and boys hockey teams teaching yoga for self regulation and peace. Michelle believes wholeheartedly that providing a toolkit such as the practice of yoga, introspection, and meditation practices can contribute to resiliency in both children and adults, and can significantly improve one’s health, happiness, and balance in life.
She believes that being a good teacher is supported by being a student and continuing to learn from other teachers as well as self study. Yoga has been life changing, provided her with love and peace and she wants to share this life altering practice with the rest of the world.
