Jen has a passion for helping to guide people through their life journey. As a mother of three and employed full-time as a mental health worker, Jen found yoga to help create balance, peace and strength. It became her goal to share her passion of well-being through teaching yoga to others.
You will find Jen’s classes both challenging and motivating as she guides you towards your personal goals of overall good health.
Jen obtained her 200 hour teaching training studying under JP Tamblyn-Sabo at Ahimsa Brooklin. Jen is energized as a student of yoga and of life, while always finding creative and supportive ways to help others. With a passion for family, travel and yoga Jen will help guide you through your own journey.
