A yoga practitioner for most of her life and co-founder of happyheart yoga, Dianne is passionate about sharing the joys of yoga with others.
Yoga (in all its aspects) has had a profound impact on Dianne’s life. It has enriched her connection to self, to community and the world at large. Her mission is to assist others on their journey to a happy heart!
It is Dianne’s belief that our natural state is happiness, and that the many practices of yoga help to align us to this natural state despite the busyness and challenges of life.
Dianne’s teaching style is enthusiastic, open and friendly. Her training includes Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Meditation and Pranayama. She is grateful to have the opportunity and privilege to learn, practice and share. Dianne continues to study with her teachers and calls herself a lifelong student and explorer. When not in the studio, Dianne likes to spend time with her husband and their 5 children.
